Your order information will be sent securely, and will be confirmed by a brief automatic email sent to you immediately. Later we will confirm payment processing of your order by sending to you a second email within 12 hours (but usually within ONE HOUR or less) -- even during weekends or holidays. That second email will include the download location and serial number to install your purchase. We use real people, not automated Internet processing, so we can respond to special requests, order issues, etc. Processing therefore takes a little longer, but you will receive much better service if there is a potential problem. I feel uncomfortable purchasing on the Internet. Can I buy by phone or mail? YES. By phone, please call us at 360-647-0112 x1 Monday-Friday (excluding US holidays) between 9-3 PM PST. Other times, leave a voicemail message and we will promptly call back on the same or next business day. By mail, please complete our secure online order form, but instead of clicking the Submit button at the bottom of the form, print the form in your browser. Attach a check (cashier's check is preferred for fastest processing) in US$ payable to Pixelan Software. (For overseas orders, an international money order is required.) Then mail it all to the address at left.
Can I pay using someone else's card (with their permission)? Yes, if a family member or friend has given you such permission. In the Special Instructions box of our order form, however, you MUST enter ALL of the following: the cardholder's full name, their relationship to you (such as relative or friend), their phone number, and their email address -- so we can optionally verify their permission.
I do not have a credit card or debit card -- can I pay by bank wire transfer? Yes. Please email us for wire instructions. Our bank charges us $15 for incoming wires, so that fee will be added to your price.
How can our organization buy with a purchase order? Educational organizations: please include the printed order form (as described in the first answer above) with your PO sent to us. For educational site licensing, please email us for special pricing.
