How to Buy Our Products
Your order information will be sent securely, and will be confirmed by a brief automatic email sent to you immediately. Later we will confirm payment processing of your order by sending to you a second email within 12 hours (but usually within ONE HOUR or less). That second email will include the download location and serial number to install your purchase. We use real people, not automated Internet processing, so we can respond to special requests, order issues, etc. Processing therefore takes a little longer, but you will receive much better service if there is a potential problem. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Payment FAQs
Can I buy if I don't want to enter my credit card data online? Yes. Please complete an order form by clicking one of the links above, but instead of clicking the Submit button at the bottom of the form, print the form in your browser. Then fax or mail it to us with your payment. Your payment can be credit/debit card info written or entered on the form, or an attached check in US$
payable to Pixelan Software. (Cashier's
check or an international money order is preferred for fastest processing.)
Can I pay using someone else's card (with their permission)? Yes, if a family member or friend has given you such permission. In the Special Instructions box of our order form, however, you MUST enter ALL of the following: the cardholder's full name, their relationship to you (such as relative or friend), their phone number, and their email address -- so we can optionally verify their permission.
I do not have a credit card or debit card -- can I pay by bank wire transfer? Yes. Please email us for wire instructions. Our bank charges us $20 for incoming wires, so that fee will be added to your price.
How can our organization buy with a purchase order? Educational organizations: please include the printed order form (as described in the first answer above) with your PO in your fax or mail to us. For educational site licensing, please email us for special pricing.
Can I buy by phone instead of over the Internet? Yes. Buying online at our web site is the fastest and most direct method. However, if you still prefer by phone, our friendly sales staff are available Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 3 PM PST. Messages left other times will be promptly returned the next
business day.
