Are
SpiceFX Packs only a download? Yes, which is common nowadays for plug-in software. It is a small 7.5 MB download -- no matter how many Packs you buy. You can even download it on a different computer, if necessary, then transfer the single downloaded file with a USB key, CD-R, or other media before installing on your editing computer.
Do
SpiceFX Packs work in any program other than Movie Maker? No, but
we offer other cool plug-ins here.
Do
SpiceFX Packs have special hardware requirements? No. Any XP or Vista computer with Movie Maker 2.0 or later is fine. That means virtually ALL Windows PCs over the past several years, so odds are you already have it. If not, visit here.
Is SpiceFX Packs 3.0 compatible with Windows Vista? Yes. SpiceFX Packs 3.0 users who bought before February 1, 2007, however, must freshly download and install the 3.0 purchase (use your previously provided purchase info). Users of pre-3.0 versions of SpiceFX Packs can upgrade to 3.0 at low cost here.
Do
SpiceFX Packs work with any media/image? Yes, ANY video or still-image clips in
your Movie Maker timeline can be enhanced with our effects and transitions. And that is true with any output size Movie Maker supports, such as DV, HD, 16:9 wide screen, etc.

What
is the price of SpiceFX Packs? See
the top-left of this web page. To convert the currency, visit here. We accept credit/debit cards from VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Paypal.
How
do I install the purchased SpiceFX Packs? Double-click the downloaded file, then enter your name and serial # in the installer dialog. That's all!
What
happens if someday my computer crashes and I lose the downloaded file and/or
serial #? Use our tech support form to get a free re-download -- anytime for any reason. There is no risk! : )
I bought a few Packs a few days ago. I like them so much I want to add the rest. Can I just pay the difference in cost? Yes. If you previously purchased within 7 calendar days only part of SpiceFX Packs 3.0, you can upgrade to ALL Packs for just the difference in cost. To ensure we do that, please mention it in the Special Instructions box of our order form.
Do
you have educational and/or non-profit pricing? We offer nice discounts
on site licenses for multiple-user video labs in schools. If you have such a purchase situation, please email
us and mention how many editing stations you want to purchase for.
Are
SpiceFX Packs offered elsewhere? They are only available direct from
us.
What
is Pixelan Software's return policy for SpiceFX Packs? If somehow you
are unhappy with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve it to your
satisfaction. Ensuring our customers are happy is in our best interest,
too. However, if you are unsure
about buying SpiceFX Packs, we strongly encourage you to download and install
the DEMO before buying. It is easy to install, fully-functional, and will
not interfere in any way later with the purchased version.
What
is Pixelan Software's privacy policy with my order info? Please see
our privacy policy.
How long does your order processing take? After submitting your order, a brief automatic email will be sent immediately to you to confirm we received your order information. Within 12 hours (but usually within an hour or less) payment processing will be completed and you will receive a SECOND email with your purchase/download info. We use real people, not automated Internet processing, so we can respond to special requests, order issues, etc. Processing therefore takes a little longer, but you will receive much better service if there is a potential problem. Thank you in advance for your patience.
I ordered
online but have not received my download info by email within 12 hours. What should I do? Please check your Internet Service Provider or email spam filter to see if our email has been filtered out. We tend to see filtering problems in Yahoo and AOL email accounts. If you still cannot find our email, please email
us and we will promptly re-send it. (Consider providing an alternative email address to us, if possible.)
Can
I get a hard-copy receipt? We will email to you a detailed,
dated receipt as confirmation of your order. You can print the email as
your hard copy, which is suitable for most purposes (taxes, etc.). If you
still desire a separate receipt/invoice, however, please email
us or mention it in the Special Instructions box of our order form. We will then email to you an Acrobat PDF invoice
on our letterhead.
Purchasing by Phone, Fax or Mail
To purchase by phone, please call us at 360-647-0112 x1 on Monday - Friday
(excluding US holidays) between 9 - 3 PM PST. Other times, leave
a voicemail message and we will promptly call back on the same day or next
business day.

check is preferred for fastest processing) in US$ payable to Pixelan Software. (For overseas
